depends if you have a foreskin or not? if you have a foreskin then u dont really need lube because the skin slides over the head of the cock. if u dont have a foreskin then im not too sure, i think it helps if u use lube.
It also depends whether you're masturbating by the standard hand method or using some sort of toy, such as a FleshLight.
