so one time when i bought a bunch of acid i was driving back from where we got it with it all in my pocket. after a few minutes i began feeling as if i could sense the acid. it lifted my mood, gave me an 'acid' high -- unique than from tripping though. it was like the acid had some kind of aura that was effecting me. after i became physically seperated from them the effects stopped.

then when i got home i pulled them out and lay them on a table. soon as they hit the table all of the power in my house went off for a few seconds and then came back on. i lost my internet connection for the rest of the night, as well as my satellite tv connection. could this have possibly been caused by the acid? or was it just a coincidence?

so has anyone else experienced anything like this? does acid really have an aura or something like it?

also it only seems to happen with fairly large quantities.

Every material thing in existence has an aura if you look right.
But as far as interacting with internet and television signals, nah. A pocket full worth of acid is not going to be jamming any incoming transmissions. Unless they are to your brain, of course, but rather the signals become amiplified.
If anything, your internet should have been many times faster, and you should have gotten automatic HD Television.

well it could have been placebo, but acid having a certain aura to it is not unheard of. ive read that crystal lsd has a certain emanating glow -- not that this was crystal.

and well the strange this is that it wasn't that the tv's weren't completely shut down. they were all frozen on whatever channel they had been left on last on a single picture. that had never happened before and has not happened since. couple that with the fact that the internet had given out? that never happens. on the same night that i lost all the power in my house? that is one hell of a coincidence.

But all objects are animated, just on a microscopic level.
But yea there is aura to everything, like I said, you just have to know how to see it. Especially with trees and tall buildings, cliff sides, etc. stuff that is fairly large, have a strong hazy prana flow cycle around them. In and out in many directions.

    ummmm

what do we mean by "animated"? I was referring to it as conscious. So, for instance, my computer mouse may have a lot of microscopic organisms living on it, but that doesn't make the mouse animated. Unless we are going to say that atoms themselves are conscious, in which case I really won't know what to say.

i have heard that people who carry pure crystals on them get a change in consciousness. i remember when i was doing acid a lot, some of the more powerful doses i swear when they were in my pocket i felt different, like a slight change in consciousness. i don't doubt it man, acid has powerful energy, and people who are used to channeling energy can mostly likely pick up on some of it.

No doubt. Absolutely. I have seen a friend walk up to me completely casually, back from picking up some LSD, and those around who've done it enough will instantly be aware that it's nearby. If they're not polite, they'll swarm over. Otherwise, you can tell by the knowing look they give you. The energy is magnetic. It's the same when you're actually tripping; other people who are tripping, or have before, are drawn to you, and you're drawn to them. It's like a new species forming a pack.

I believe that everything is animate, everything is aware, and there's no such thing as coincidence.

lately my life has been so on track to something. i realized my life, especially the last 5 years, even more especially this past year and a half, we're meant to happen. like so many things line up its scary, everything was meant to happen how it happened. its like things are still at random, but the important stuff is just layed out, like a higher force was putting all the right things in my path from me to react. i know a lot of people on this forum probably feel the same way, and if they don't, if they looked at there life's a little closer i bet they would. maybe our paths will one day intersect, who knows what could happen.

Well that will go into the realms of belief and experience.
And it's my experience that, being that the universe is composed of God's thought, God is everything, therefor everything has consciousness in composition, not necessarily in being aware of itself like we do. The consciousness permeating it, or the grid from which everything is manifested, glows. Atoms are the perfect example of the Trimurti, in that the 3rd example (Shiva and Kundalini devi) is destruction, while atoms give and take only for the benefits, never for the 'destruction' as we know it.

wow relayer i have the exact same belief, it came to me during a marijuana sessions

    if everything comes from something

    and consciousness exists

and consciousness arises as self-awareness in sufficiently complex systems (like humans)

then consciousness must simply be latent in ALL things, in a very real way!

and this now makes you wonder, which of these things that we normally assume to be inanimate, are actually quite developed consciously?

It's like the universe is a lake bed and consciousness is the stream of energy that suffuses everything, we are but slightly more lively swirls and jets and eddies of it

    splash :)

    Everything is on track.

    -Terrence Mckenna

It's always been that way my friend, for everything, even the things that you thought were taking you off the track

but there is nowhere to go

    but the track

the path is always the one we walk, if only we knew
