I heard that when you get LSD, and put it in the light it like makes it not as strong? true or false ?
I heard the same thing. And I heard heat is bad for the potency too... so if my friend carries around tabs in his pocket for a day and then gives it to me later on, is it not as strong? or is the loss of potency not super significant.
You want to keep it in a cool and dark place whenever possible, but I'm not sure about the rate that potency is lost because of light or heat.
LSD is more hardy than most people give it credit for. It is best if u keep it out of the heat and out of the sun (especially the sun) but it will take a while before you would notice a loss of potency.
It is completely true that light destroys LSD, as does heat, oxygen and bad 80s music. Actually, I have had acid go bad a few times. Last months I bought some fresh cid. That night I took a few hits and tripped my ass off. The other two hits I left laying on a dresser until I took them about 4 days later. They did nothing, and I was thoroughly pissed off. What you do if your storing is wrap the hits in a few pieces of wax paper, then wrap that in aluminum foil, then put that in your refrigerator. The whole wax paper is because according to my dealer, when aluminum foil directly touches the cid, it can absorb it. I'm not totally sure if this is true, but it doesn't hurt to take the precaution.
i wrap all my acid in foil and it never loses potency. dosnt even need to be in the fridge as long as the room is not too warm then thats fine. stick it in a drawer something. If your gonna put it in the fridge then make sure its in an air tight bag. you dont want condensation forming on your tabs.
those two hits were from a bad part of the blotter my friend. ive had cid in a drawer for months at a time before jus lightly wrapped in a piece of paper and it was fine. depending on how the blotter is layed u can get good sections and bad sections. laying blotters is a pain in the ass lol. and i have been told by my friend that foil can mess with the potency too although its never happened to me. ill ask him sometime this week. he had explained it too me but i tot forgot. some kind of chemical reaction idk.
