My scrotum hangs 5 inches (13 cm) below the base of my cock and is nearly 3 inches (8 cm) wide at the bottom. It's a pain in the ass as I have to reach into my pants / shorts and pull my sack up from between my legs when I sit down to keep from hurting myself. It's gotten to the point that I don't care if anybody sees me "adjust". I don't wear underwear at all. Stopped many years ago because it was uncomfortable and my genitals would get all twisted up. Anybody else have this experience? How low can you go?
I can go down to 6 to 8cm below the penis root for the scrotum if it is very hot and I'm not wearing underwear. I'm about 6cm wide at the bottom in this condition with the testicles hanging next to each other at their lowest extent. I tend to DO wear underwear to not get twisted up as you call it. Loose underwear however can cause problems. I don't hang low enough to really "twist up" fortunately.
You should try some 'pouch front' type of underwear. Keeps things together more up front and you won't stick to your legs or sit on yourself.
