what/who do you have a love-hate relationship with? i have a love hate relationship with my job right now. i love it because its pretty easy work and im happy with what i make, i hate it because im surrounded buy homeade sweets which are ridiculously tempting to eat all them time. not the best thing for someone who is trying to get in shape

You already look like you're in incredible shape I have a love hate relationship with my job too. I love the kids but I hate the paperwork and my boss. I wish I could afford to not be an administrator and just run a site or even be just an activity leader...that would rock...should have appreciated those days years back instead of always wanting promotions

hey i cant blame you for wanting a promotion. paperwork of any kinds sucks for the most part...but hey your job could always be worse right?
Pretty much food in general. But basically, anything that tastes absolutely wonderful that you want to keep eating and eating, but will put the pounds on you if you do.
Yeah, toning is good. I really need to work on my tummy, I mean, when I wear clothes you can't tell I even have one, but without, well, right above my c-section scar the muscle is totally shot, not to mention being stretched out from the kids, especially having the twins. If I worked on some crunches and other things besides cardio, I could strengthen that muscle up. But I just can't get myself to do it. :& Luckily, it's not too-too bad, but not bikini worthy. And no dessert?! I'd go crazy!
im the exact opposite ive always had a small upper body and good stomach... i need to work on my lower body im listening to man in the mirror for some motivation to go do some pilates. just change "world" to "body" and it kinda works I'm starting with the man in the mirror I'm asking him to change his ways And no message could've been any clearer If you wanna make the world a better place Take a look at yourself and then make that... I feel better though so I'm trying not to think about the numbers... just doesn't make sense to me... and I don't eat any more then I use to.. less I'm sure blahhh working out sux but yet I love to do it *mass confusion*
