Lost...

Altho it doesnt help you with money...or a relationship....when you do lsd, it teaches you something...what that something is no one man may know...but what this one might know is...it doesnt matter...nothing matters....we are here to repeat what all the people laying in the ground did 10 years ago...or even 100 years ago...we just do it, differently. Time may change people...but people dont chang time...so how does that work? It doesnt...altho we appear morphed by time and scoiety...we reallly arent we still fight to prove dominance...like two wild bulls...we also still crawl on top another person and make love like a dog...its our minds that have changed...not us...and inorder to restore that lost mind you must first give up something of equal value...your "Sanity." When u drop acid your first time its an unexplainable experince...you almost fear life for a moment...and the next love it...it pulls all truths from you, your freinds, and the world...anyone who were to critasize this is exactly what they say they hate...a god damn hipacrit...i dont know everything...i know nothing...same as you people...Now what is sanity...in my opinion its just some one elses view on a person...not that ur gona take a bomb into a building and kill a few thousand people...but that u see what this world is really doing to us...and your body is filled with so much anger and pitty that you arent the same person inside anymore...but on the outside...your just a stupid soul swiming thew the ocean of life not knowing a home...not knowing a freind...just knowing you....

once again, what is sanity/insanity? i really think they're just concepts. i think anyone can decide their own sanity or lack of it. completely subjective.

can you really remain "insane" if you don't resist the concept of it being there?

Insanity is a label for someone who thinks differently than "everybody else". Everything is just a concept. There is no right or wrong.

maybe not but there is a left and right and you have to make a choice of one over the other if you expect to get anywhere.

 

People have to learn what they are talking about in other words which is considered "sane"

 

I think sane and insane have no meaning in a personal context.
They only have meaning to outsiders who are observing.

 

I think rather than Lost the name of the topic is Found. Getting to "just know yourself", my friend you have just found a big quest and if in the end you will end up "just knowing you" you have accomplish a big task.

We are living very intense times and we should strength our minds, souls and spirits to avoid insanity and for that self-knowledge is a big tool which only can be perfected by details which you learn to see, appreciate and understand through the psychedelic experience.

"Sanity" = Self Control and Problem Free....To me a person who is sane is someone who is simply "cool" if you get my lingo....Insane= person who cannot control inhibitions that are not good, as in killing, masterbation(haha) and other stufff

 

But what are inhibitions? Inhibitions are just processes in your mind and body, the very needs of your reproductive system, or the psychic compulsions of that thing we call 'emotion'. Rage is as real as a bull charging towards you, it's just that rage exists in the mental world and the bull exists in the physical world . . . but even this distinction is silly, because where exactly does your mental world and your physical world divide? At which point do you end and the rest of the universe begin?

Think of an ant, something who spends its whole life mechanistically obeying chemical orders from other ants around it. You don't think an ant is 'cool'? Then I don't want to be 'cool'. Because we are just like ants, who are just like blue whales, who are just like yeast, who are just like nebulae, who are just like radio transmissions.

I think that the sane v insane duality only exists in human mental constructs, like 'mental health', 'behaviour', and things like that. In the real world, there is only this one moment, this one explosion of stuff and that's it. And it's enough to fill as many universes as you could imagine, and then many more.

The duality in itself, as a discrete entity ("the duality of sane v insane") is itself non-dual, but simply an observable phenomenon of the universe, just another piece of this one big event called Life. Even dualism isn't dualistic, that's how false dualism is . False in the dualistic context of dualism v non-dualism though!

 

Mr.Writer i am in total agreement with you and i love the rant you went on high 5 *clap sound*.....however i do believe that when we are talking about mental health as a part of the human veiw of the worlld then you would have to agree with me on the fact that a human must be able to control these "mental processes" in order to in fact stay what modern society calls "sane"...However people do forget that we are as wild as a eagle flying in the sky or a butterfly resting on a flower but the only difference is a person has learned to be civilized, so if the nature of a person is to be a sexual freak then that is the animalistic feature that theparticular person has, but like i said in our modern society to stay "sane" a person must be able to control "inhibitions" or to the animal kingdom naturel features...I dont know if being civilized is a good thing though, it is if being civilized is used for good such as peace and all that warm fuzzy stuff then its definatly "good" however in modern times people are being "civilized" to be under the control of govts for wars and what not...So sanity could be the same as Civilized?

 

Think of 2 following people. Which one is more loved by Those in Power in society? :

1) Person A has no self-control, is alcoholic, work 9-5 job, pays taxes, is overweight, eats at Mcd's, is impulsive buyer of electronic goods.

2) Person B has absolute self-control, and has decided to not pay taxes and to spend his days spreading information about the evil deeds of the govt. Does not drink, does not shop, does not obey.

self-control does not imply obedience to culture, nor does lack of self-control imply crazy d00d we don't want in our city.

 

The real question is, which is more loved by you?

 

for me, both are loved equally, self-control is as secondary to a person's 'worth' to me as height or intelligence or eye colour. But I'm not sure I get your question. Why is that important?

 

All of the world is brainwashed, and the words "Insane," and "Crazy," are just words used to scare people, being Insane is horrible as they say, but being insane is being more real, and natural then these people even know. We are the start of a revolution, and i am sorry but how does a chemical used by the government for testing, and brainwashing, get into the hands of one man? One man? And he then got followers, and so on, could it not be a revolution all along, and as the worlds plans fall right into order, so do ours, the insane, the crazy, the different, the REAL people. Open your mind, don't be so brainwashed.
