Hey everyone, This is my first thread posting on this forum and I think this movie is bombin. Anyone else agree? Disagree? The Dogtown Era is just amazing in itself. Set in the 70s in Venice California, where origins of skateboarding came to exist with names like Stacy Perelta and Tony Alva. The famous skateboarding in empty pools, and surfing when you're not surfing the cement totally hooks me. I personally wish I could go back to that time, snatch a cute guy with long hair and longboard to the beach. It would be pretty rockin'... anyway, one of my favorite movies. :2thumbsup:
ive never seen it but i enjoy going to venice and riding my long board. well i used to but dont have it anymore
It's a good movie. One of Heath Ledger's best performances, as well. I also like the kid who played Stacy Peralta, I wonder if I'll ever see him in anything else..
