My ends were crochetted round but it was just a matter of time when the ends would start to work their way out of the dread...

So now I have like half or more of my dreads with sharpish tips and I dont really like them, they're basically an inch or two of normal hair at the end of the dread. How can i get them to dread? They're kind of look like they're combed or something, just fine hair and every time i try to mess them up with palmrolling and playing they go back to normal after a little while.

So yeah, are there any special tips i've missed? They dont exactly look like they're willing to dread by themselves, they just are there and some have for a long time now without looking any different.
