Looking to move to Asheville

I live on the other side of the mtns in Gatlinburg, TN, and I'm thinking of moving to Asheville (or the surrounding area). Are there any Community colleges nearby? Is it an ok place to live?

I visit there whenever I can make it, and I usually have a good time.

 

well there are some cool places to hang around gatlinburg but last time I was there it could be compared to Myrtle Beach. I prefer to live out in the country
away from people

 

I'm head'in to ashville myself next month. I'm in south carolina now. Moved here a year ago. Mistake. i lived in mass., vt. n.h. n.y. before here. Ashville is much like where I came from(near northampton mass) has a larger hippy population.
