I really enjoy Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchett (from what I have read of him). Well I am looking for more books that are similar to these auothers writing styles. I just want something bizarre that can be humorous or serious, but I would like to get another bookshelf. Thanks for your help.

Hey Eli, Have you read Tom Robbins? Its not as bizarre as Douglas Adams but Mr. Robbins ain't really right in the head and consequently writes an interesting story or two. Hope yer doing well and hope lots of goofy adventures come your way. Steve

You might also try Christopher Moore or Robert Lynn Asprin.

English writer Robert Rankin - certainly bizarre and funny, and Pratchett rates him.
