Looking for ...

a movie title ... !!!

Okay, so this is not art, but it sortta could be art-related.

I'm looking for the title of a movie of which I only remember bits (small at that) of the commercial that was used to advertise the movie.

It started out with what appeared to be translucent pods under a lake, with people inside them. A pod opens, or is ripped open, and out comes a man who swims up to the surface of the lake. There's this boat, looks kinda viking in origin. People have to fight for their very existence in this world.

Something about the words give the impression that when people die they are reborn in this world beneath the water.

That's all I can remember.

Anyone can help me with this ... would be extremely grateful ...
