Looking for a place to live in Orlando,FL

I'm going to be moving to Orlando in about a month to go to school. But I don't have a place to stay yet, the apartment people can't help me b/c I have an eviction on my record, so I'm stuck finding a place on my own. If anyone has a house for rent or maybe even a garage apt, that would be great!

I'm looking to move on or around the beginning to mid July. It would be my boyfriend (23) and I (20), and our four cats. I'll be getting some living assistance w/my tution, so rent won't be a problem as long as it's not too pricey. I'm not familiar w/the Orlando area, the school is about a mile or so away from the Orange County Correctional Facility (that's on John Young Pkwy), so I'd like something close to that area. We aren't really looking for roomies, have some problems w/our current ones, and we just need a place of our own for a while, I'm not sure if he'll want a garage apt type thing simply b/c he says the landlord would be constantly checking up on things and such (we're stoners, and don't want to live by someone who doesn't approve of it if you know what I mean). At least that's what he said when I first told him. But then I got to thinking, and figured there's a lot of stoner people here, so if anyone can help us out it would be greatly appreciated. Please email me b/c I check that more frequently than I do the forums.
