Long relationship just ended need advic

Hey, I've been with the same girl for about 2 years now, and last monday we had broken up, and I truely cared for the girl, and was going to propose on valentines day, I even have the ring.. But she broke up with me saying we fought alot in the previous week which we had picked fights with eachother over stupid shit, but we spent every day together for what seems like forever, she made me feel complete, and I felt safe, and comfortable with her

She says she didn't love me, and wont talk to me, and claims to love someone else.

But get this, she broke up with me for a gay she met over day of defeat ( An online fps game ) and she has never met him, and he lives acrossed the country. I feel so low about shit to lose someone so great to someone she doesnt even know, and me and her have had rough times, but we always got back together, and now it just feels like were over, but i still love the girl deeply, and i dont know what to do, to still try for her, move on and date others, or wait it out

like i just have no idea, it's left me so broken inside, and i've never had a serious relationship before, i've already had plenty of offers for dates and things, but i dont know doesnt seem like my cup of tea, I had gone on one date, I picked the girl up and came back to my house, we smoked some bud, and we fooled around a little, just mostly touching, and kissing, but i kept imagining that that girl was my ex, like it was my ex i was with.

I am a good looking guy so im told, but my ex wasnt the greatest looking she was a little overweight about 6 feet tall, has bigger feet than shaq, but i saw through all that, and just cared for her, and its so hard, because i dont know right now..

The girl i went on the date with was just a goddess, amazingly hott, cute, funny, sexy, extremely skinny, short, attractive, but she had a boyfriend which i didnt know, and she doesnt want to spend time with me now so im not sure what to do

i love my ex alot, and it just really hurts for her to move on like this, is there any tips on how to handle this, or what i should do? please answer soon waitin on a response

well yeah you can say, that its way to long to decide to be engaged, and get married, and yes I agree, however, when your with someone for many years, and they are there for you when family member after member is told they have cancer and dont have good odds, and witnessed family deaths, you feel even closer to that person, but its been about a week or more now, kinda realizing eh, she's a bitch fuck her, and movin on, i've gone on a few dates, and wont lie, i have had the time of my life, alot of fun, no fighting it was quite enjoyable, so im movin on gettin over it

 

hey rasta, I've been in similar situations. The first one hurts the worst. Just give it time and it will get better. A little space away from her might not be a bad idea, ie posting online might not be the best idea. That's a great way to get crucified. And also don't feel like you need to date if you're not ready for it. Each person has their own timing with stuff. It doesn't mean you're a pussy or anything just because you're not jumping on the first hot ass that walks by. It's just part of the whole love and dating thing. Sometimes it's not so fun. But that's ok. It gets better.

what seems to be not that long ago, i was in a situation similar to yours. when i was a senior in highschool my bf broke up with me for a girl in New York he had never even met; they had only chatted online.

i was in agony. i couldn't even believe it. he was the biggest jerk and i never knew him to be such a cruel person.

the only thing i can say is that keep your head up. i know you guys get sick of hearing this but you really are super young, and i believe that you must have loved her immensely, but believe me, you'll get over it and find a gal more deserving.

be glad that you found out what an unloyal b*tch she really is now, rather than finding out after you had gotten engaged or even married!
