London Underground and Drugs

Okay, so I'm going to London on Sunday, and my concern is if there will be any sniffer dogs around? I'm taking 20 pills, which I'm not willing to get caught for. Can anyone give me some feedback?

 

Hehehe, I seem to remember you asking a pretty similar question before! You get police at a lot of underground stations, but I've never seen any sniffer dogs. Also, I'm pretty sure pills aren't detectable to the dogs. So if you don't want to attract attention, don't bring any weed, and I wouldn't have thought they'd catch you. Also, under 10 pills will probably be counted as personal supply. Over, and you'll be treated as a dealer. If you must bring that many with you, it might be wise to share the load with a couple of mates....

Please...Are you serious? I've said much worse on the forum before, and no police has been knocking at my door.

 

just because it didnt happen yet doesnt mean it wont , Id be careful of anything you say online or on msn or whatever or on the phone

 

Talk about paranoia...Why would some silly twat take the time, and effort, to look on a little forum for potential drug dealers/users? How many times, that you know, has someone been arrested at a festival from talking about how fucked they were going to get over this forum? And you know that everyone talks about that kind of stuff on the days leading to Glastonbury/Beautiful Days.

 

My experience with the police is that the more people they arrest and prosecute the better their chances of promotion , as peace pointed out technically they could get you on a dealing charge .

Now it wouldnt matter that you were not a dealer, just that it would look like a easy arrest and easy prosecution also the more people they arrest the more likely they are to get information on dealers .

My sister is the drugs and substance misuse officer for a local council and she would tell you that this is the sort of thing that cops do look out for , if they catch you with drugs the fact that you were talking about carrying them would seal the case for them .

Police intelligence do monitor phones of people they think are dealing, also they monitor the internet I know of people who have been raided because they talked about stuff they were doing online

Euston
Finsbury Park
Turnpike Lane
Moorgate
Notting Hill
(and a few over by Stoke Newington)

Kings cross and Finsbury Park are the worst - but watch out if you go south over Brixton way or further like Greenwich

 

As Frank says, drugs are illegal, talking about them isn't....
