    How many here have had such a profound experience on LSD that it changes the way they live? I have many positive, especially about how I live and compose myself these days. But I sometimes feel like it has caused me to have higher social anxiety? It could be just biological chemistry though as I am 19. What ever the case is though, just place your thoughts or changes that have happened since you started living life a non LSD virgin. How things you perceive are different, whatever.

    I'm 19 too, and I am DEFINITELY a different person than before LSD. Although I don't know if its as much the LSD as it is just growing up. I mean unless its something that happens RIGHT after taking acid, it would be kind of hard to directly pinpoint it. Like your social thing. That could have something to do with LSD, but it could have something to do with many other things too.

    Lucy didn't undercut what was already there, but ever since I've been a new person. Things that were uninteresting before are now deeply fascinating. idk I'm basically just more into life in general.

    Also my vision is crisper and has brighter colors and I don't feel as caged into a "self." it's like I exchanged parts of me with my surroundings and now I'm more "complete" maybe. hard to describe, the differences are subtle but significant.

    i know exactly what you mean burnabowl. also i used to have slight OCD and acid cured it, i swear. A lot of people talk about how lsd "changes" you, which scared me at first. After dosing, i noticed these changes were very positive, at least for me. I love acid.

    LSD helped me get over my weed issue (I smoked entirely too much for me to function), and my life has def improved since I became a casual smoker instead of a fullblown pothead.

    But mushrooms have had more of an impact on me as a person than acid has thus far, but thats prob also do to the fact that I've done shrooms more than acid.

    That's funny you said that cuz I've been smoking daily for over 30 years but on acid I feel I don't need weed and go pretty much the whole trip without smoking until I come down a bit.

    It helps me feel like I can quit entirely but I choose not to. Not that I can't, I just don't want to.

    I decided once on a trip that there was no moral absolute to me toking. If I depended on it, I wasn't enjoying it as much and my original purpose in smoking it is to enjoy it. If I depend on it, I be at peace with that. If I don't need it but smoke to enjoy, I don't need any other reason. Pretty meaningless, yes. I just smoke weed is all.

    But pot is trickier and harder to abuse after lucy.

    No, I had a real problem. I'd spend money I didn't have to buy my weed. I was rarely not stoned. But after combing weed with acid, my mind tried to tell me I smoked to much, but I didn't want to face that, so I went crazy for 3 hours.

    i've definitely been a lot happier since i started tripping, and so much more comfortable with myself.
    i've also become much more open to and less anxious about social situations, actually.

    lucy has really helped me become a better and happier person, i would never in my life say that she's been a negative influence.

    After my first trip on acid, when i was coming down i just said "fuck it, this is my life, i will do whatever makes me happy, we are given life and a path to make due with what you have." Since then i have been a pretty big free choice person. I think my social anxiety comes from being able to perceive people's emotions better in a room; just vibing on that shocks me sometimes.

    My friend that took it once had an almost astronomical boost in his self esteem and self image, especially after one night when i was on it, i told him my views of life and friendship. i wish i remember/learned from it. :p

    i got that astronomical boost as well. and my nearly crippling anxiety was reduced to a mere unpleasant nuisance at MOST.

    lsd = panacea = imo
