Liquid Peyote?

Alright, im new to these forums, but ill probably be postin alot.

so, these kids at school keep talking about how theyve been trippin on "liquid peyote", and im the only one with the sense to know theyre bullshittin. just to make sure im not completely crazy, is there such thing as liquid peyote, and if there is could it ever be available to some high school kids in Geaorgia?

THere are a couple things it could be. It could be a peruvian torch tea boiled down, or it could be a peyote tea. Most likely it is a boiled down peruvian torch tea.

My guess is 2c-something in a water or alcohol solution. SWIFS sometimes refered to this as liquid mescaline. He wasn't trying to scam anyone, rather it was to avoid a lengthy chemistry lecture, the response to which was usually "but it'll make me trip, right?".

 

You cut the cactus into slices, then boil it for a loooong time and juice it. It comes out as this green liquid that can be drunk.

 

I realize it's possible, just think it unlikely that's what's being sold.

 

I'm a Peyote Eater and I don't recommend boiling Peyote, simmer yes, boil no.

Better yet... freeze fresh green buttons in a ziplock with water. The cells bust and release the juice (pale green) and very tasty.. sorta like cucumber juice.

LOl, just buy some seeds and grow your own. It will be a much more enjoyable and whole experience I would think. Most cannabis seed vendors also sell san pedro seeds. Peruvian torch I believe also. Graft them onto other cacti to increase their rate of growth. Look around, especially on torrents. Lots of free books on cacti grow guides and the such.
