Hey everyone so I got my lip pierced 3 days ago. Normal swelling and whatnot. But on the back of my lip under the pierced spot is white.. stuff. It's solid, but because this is my first piercing I'm not sure if this is normal or not Anyways, here is the picture, the quality is shitty, but you can make out what I'm talking about thanks! *Edit* this picture makes my lip look really swollen, that's not the case.
You should be totally fine, the exact same thing happened to me. Just try not to play with it and it should go away in the next few weeks. I can't tell you *exactly* what you would call the white stuff because I'm not entirely sure myself but I have been told that it is scar tissue (correct me if I'm wrong)? Enjoy the piercing.
