Ok, so I conquered depression, depersonalization/derealization. I have conquered emotional abundancy problems... I recently started hanging out with my lifelong friends a lot more. This all happened so quick so I am not sure where to start. F1 Faught his dad and is now homeless, F2 was charged with assault for asking his mother to not call 911. F3 is not allowed to leave his house past 5. So boom 3 lifelong friends are practically gone. On the same day I have a lunch-date with a girl who is very attractive, I am not that good at "Spitting Game" but I can hold conversations at least. It whent terrible I think, I was way too tired to talk so I would mumble mostly everything and I had a very limited vocabulary and didnt really start any prolonged topics. So to try and cover for my fail's I told her I was too tired and would like to see her when I am actually awake. She simply replies "Yeah ill try." Not the most encouraging response.... shit like that sends me over the top for some reason. Anyways, 2 other of my friends I realized can get so fucking annoying they are the kinds of people who just have too much to do so they ignore you instead of saying "No, I cannot hang out" or whatever. I feel depression creeping up on me, I dont want to go through it again and I most certainly do not like being single. But I am a 16 year old drop out without a job, kind of hard to avoid this shit..... I am not sure what I am asking but Any advice would be much appreciated!!!
You just need something to keep you busy. Get a job or go back to school. A job + school = more friends who you have something in common with = more stuff to keep you busy.

I recommend getting rid of processed foods as much as possible, and eating fresh, lightly cooked whole foods. don't eat anything served cold. don't ejaculate a lot, especially during the winter. you may want to read the book "curing depression naturally with chinese medicine" by Bob Flaws. if this doesn't work, maybe get on meds.

Why? Otherwise, your advice was very good. OP... it's easier to stop depression when you feel it coming on rather than try to pull yourself out of it when you're already in the slump. Every morning you need to wake up, shower and dress like you're going to tackle the day even if you have nothing to do. Have you thought about returning to school or getting a GED?
This comes from the perspective of Chinese medicine. It can also be understood from personal experience if one is looking for the effects. In the traditional view, it drains the energy of the kidneys. A man who wishes to test the theory can try ejaculating several times in a day, then see how he feels. Likely, like crap. This effect is especially noticable if one is in poor health. One may heed or ignore the advice as they wish, I'm just sayin'.
Doing too much of anything is rarely a good thing. I don't know about ejaculation draining the essence of your kidney, though. Are there studies that have shown that, or is it just based on tradition? A lot of folk feel pretty good after a busy weekend. She's right. The testicles aren't linked up to the kidneys like the bladder is. The equilibrium is restored by the kidneys in response to the volume of fluid in the body. There's 40L of water in the body so I doubt a few mL ejaculations of a semi-liquid semen ANY number of times a day would deplete that enough to cause a strain on the kidneys.

There are correspondences between the two, but there are functions ascribed to the kidney in tcm that are not present in western medicine. In tcm, the kidneys are the storehouse for a substance called "jing". Jing is essential to reproductive functions and libido. It is also important in learning and memory. a scientific method would be to have a number of hf members agree to ejaculate 7 times a day for 2 weeks, then report back on how they felt. not well controlled though, and it would depend on their honesty.

lol, I don't know. I have never done a semen analysis in the lab. You probably havent either. It could contain that, it could not.
