this is poll is too simple for the subject, both play a part in the naturel spiral you can't have one without the other, life lives of death and vice-versa, so i like both S
So people dont get all deep and meaningful, i dont think its meant to be a serious discussion, much more trivial.
creating and exploring are what gratify. why should i wish to seek what may be oblivion or something else entirely? well other then as something else to explore. and i don't forsee running out of things to explore in what i have left of this tangable lifetime. human society is mostly crap, but so what. i havn't made it the end all and be all of my existence and have no intention of doing so. rocks and trees and little furry creatures with big sharp teeth are real, and while human society doesn't seem to want to let landscapes and objects be as interesting as nature would otherwise have them, there are still places i haven't been and things i haven't seen. lots of them. more that i haven't then that i have. what i think of as being creative is pretty much that way too. i believe there may be other lives ahead of me as there are behind. they will come if and when they do, in their own time. =^^= .../\...
well, since I really can't compare the two, I'd have to vote for life, since I know a bit more about that than the other.
i'd have to say life. but give me some ether, and some ayahuasca, maybe some salvia, ooh ooh and a sensory deprivation chamber, and my preference may change. death is terrifying though. getting out of your body is good practice.
I've felt death many times with magic mushrooms. And I promise you all, it's not pretty, not at first! -
