Beans + 'soya hot dogs', on toast
    Self explanatory.

    Grilled cheese sandwiches
With ketchup, pickle or other condiment of choice.

    Soya bacon sandwiches
Wholemeal bread [or white for purists], morningstar soya bacon and ketchup.
Best served with a cup of tea or orange juice.
(I eat this as a late breakfast)

    Spagetthi pesto
When I say pesto I mean the kind that comes in a jar. Apparently you can make your own, but err why? :)
Tastes great with some goats cheese grated on top.

My other fave pesto dish is...
penne pasta, pesto, sundried tomatoes and steamed asparagus. All stired together, good hot or cold.

    To be continued :)

Tomatoes. Stewed or raw or pretty much any way.
Squash. For summer squash, I like it stewed or fried or raw in salads. For winter squash, I like it baked.
Beans. Cooked all day in the crock pot with onion, cumin and red pepper. And, you can't forget to serve them with cornbread!

if you use the noodles (yay cooks fast!) and not the packet it comes with yes, otherwise no. lol

my friend Zenia got me into eating ramen noodles with ketchup and mustard on them. Believe it or not its good. mmmm

Try ramen noodles with cut up carrots, peas, and whatever other veggies you can throw in... the veggies protein will be in the water and flavor it a bit.

Just the ramen noodles on top of things is good... like adding it to tomato soup, potato soup... adds texture to something otherwise just liquidy for the most part.

    :)

HOMEMADE veggie soup with lots of things like lentils and beans and barley. Oh yes. :D

annnnd... I love black bean burritos...

Stirfry, of course, with tons of broccoli in it. Or pineapple.
Whole wheat bread with quinoa and oats and all that good stuff.. :)D Homemade too)
I must agree with the veggie samosas too.. I nearly fell over the first time I had them, they were soooooooo good.

I also love toasted tomato sandwiches, or toasted cucumber sandwiches.

Annnnnd.. I'm a tofu chocolate "ice cream" fiend too. :D Or smoothies. Of any kind.

Finally, either a tortilla or a pita with alfalfa sprouts on it, and then a rice/veggie pilaf or couscous/veggie type deal.
