Tonight, I learned that Coca-Cola employs 60 full-time people who just travel the globe doing something called "color coding." The job of these 60 people is just to make sure that all world-wide advertising uses exactly the same color of red. I guess it's fairly complicated. Who knew?

I agree. All the random threads would be considered games if this one is. Also I don't an inherent competitive nature to this thread (although some may try to outdo others in wit - but that is with any thread).

Monarch butterflies have a migration. It starts on a mountain rage in South America and goes counter-clockwise over most of the U.S. until they finally return to the same range. But it takes 3 or 4 generations to complete the migration. So how do they know where to go from one generation to the next? The answer is the change in the amount of daylight every day. It changes the migration pattern by roughly one degree left every day. If you took 20 of these butterflies in California and put them in a dark box for 10 days and then released them....it would only take a day or two for them to correct their route based on the amount of the daylight.

There is something called The Salesman Equation (or something like that). Let's say you have 5 different stops to make on a trip. What's the most efficient route to take? It could be tough to say. You would multiply 1x2x3x4x5 to find the total number of possible routes. That's 120 different routes. Take your pick. Add in one more destination and it becomes 720 different possibilities. Crazy.
