O.K., Just taste this. I made it myself. First, maybe we'll have some Bruschetta - toasted bagette slices topped with garlic (rubbed into the bread), fresh diced tomato, and mozarella. More wine? Yeah, this Cabernet IS really good. Then, roasted duck breast with a pomegranate deglazed reduction sauce, brussels sprouts halved and sauteed in garlic butter, and roasted beet puree. With your dessert, would you like Cappucino? Tea? Oh good, I would suggest the Darjeeling, it is a delicate, exquisite perfection of nature in a cup. Dessert? How about a layered pear cobbler with a warm, cardamum-infused honey/mead sauce and a scoop of ice cream or, your very own flourless, molten chocolate cake (guaranteed to make your eyelids twitch with involuntary hedonistic delight) and a scoop of ice cream.
