the smell does. when my kids are sick I have to make sure I don't breath so I can clean it up without making more of a mess myself.
the smell does it for me. i can deal with the sound, but the small is just ewww. especially, when the person pukes all over the place instead of a one place like the toilet. one of my friends puked all over the bathroom at school one time, didn't even try to get it in the toilet. it was on the floor, shower, stall, mirror...everywhere. nasty ass smell...
aside from when i was an infant, ive only puked about 2 times in my life and those 2 times were during 1 fever.
A couple days ago some friends and I were casually drinking at my friends parents house... he was watching it while they went on vacation. And somewhere between mixed drink one and two my friend got drunker then I had ever seen anyone... he was stumbling around in the front yard puking while he was stumbling, then he fell over face first. We carried him into the bathroom and let him puke for a while, then he passed out while we were watching a movie... then later got upo and tried to piss on my friend. He walked up and started unzipping his pants in front of him... it was like a gay porno for a second... then we directed him to the bathroom. Someone musta slipped him some GHB or something, it was insane. he didn't drink much at all. I don't deal with the smell very well, but the sound doesn't really bug me.
