My bad then, it was the first I'd heard of their explicit scheduling in the US. I know several of them have been prosecuted under federal analogue act.
As long as new RCs are developed faster than authorities can schedule the old ones, I´m not that much worried. For example, look at MDMA. Soon after it was scheduled, alternatives like MBDB, MDME or BDB became available. When these were also scheduled, Methylone appeared on the market. And newer methamphetamines are also already available from some vendors. O.K., no new development could ever take the place of MDMA in my heart, but imho they´re quite acceptable (and in some situations, I like Methylone much more than MDMA, for it´s much better controllable and not so dominant in combos). Same with 2C-B: although 2C-I or 2C-C are not really alternatives to this classic, we now have a wide variety of good new substances available. And imho, a combo of 11mg 2C-B, 8.5mg 4HO-DiPT and 5.5mg 5Meo-DET is quite a good alternative to LSD. (Please folks: don´t try this without a very accurate scale and of course never without an experienced sitter!) The only problem is a lack of information about the new RCs, because there are too few people who´ve tried them and wrote reports about their experiences. So let´s keep on learning and sharing our knowledge: as long as we hold together, the authorities shall do, what they want!
I would be interested to here more of your experiences with 5meo-det, Tihkal makes it sound uninteresting, but perhaps Dr. Shulgin was premature with this one. Also any of the care to speculate upon 5meo-met? would it more resemble 5meo-dmt or 5meo-det?
