I figure that technically, if you force someone to have sex it's a rape.

How would the courts react to a girl whom they know for sure is a prostitute and accuses someone of rape?

Of course a prostitute can be raped. She is to be paid for her service. If she was not paid and was forced into intercourse that would be rape. It would be even more so if the attacker was not a potential client.
