    Les is the man. I kinda feel that people disregaurd him alot, and kind of lump into the wrong category. Les has always been a wonderful song writer and virtuoso on the bass....he reinvented the bass. my personal favorite is Mike Gordon. but Les has done somthing different. stepped into a different relm. the bass is no longer an instrument but part of his body...listen to anything by Primus, Les CLaypools Fearless Flying Frog Brigade, COl. Claypools Bucket o' Bernie Brains, holy Mackeral....anything! but my personal favorite is the master, power trio, super band OYSTERHEAD! they are somthing else. perfect percussion, creepy les songs, with the undeniable presence of trey. its a great outfit....

    Les is too cool. Loved Primus back in the day and saw Les Claypools FFFB live and it was killer. I have a sweet live show on DVD if any one is interested.
