Psychedelics will be the last thing to be legalized as it promotes the ability to stop being affected by media and television and this will destroy the governments power.

it will never happen aslong as their is a governmental system - either communism or capitalism.

people get messed up on a lot of things that are legal, and usually get more messed up on the legal things. that saying 'for your own good' is stating that you know whats good for me, that you are somehow more familiar with me than myself, that you are right and i am wrong. 'for your own good' is how the inquisition and so many other horrible events got their support.

fucking too right. The point of freedom is that you should be able to do anything to do your own body ... its the only thing you really should have control over in this world; the problem is ... as each days goes by .. the government and the tv try and limit what you can and cannot do to your own body ....

i like the "free sharing" idea..... just because the government will try to control it (if legalized). i think somebody already said that tho......

Not really. It's about supply and demand. If a store didn't have high level thc marijuana people will go buy it on the street. So the government would have to meet the demands of the people or they would make no money. Same goes with any other drug. You don't have good drugs , we'll go around the corner and get it from a drug dealer. Same goes with prices. If drug dealers have it priced lower , everyone will go to them.

Doesn't stop people from buying cheap booze and shitty cigarettes. Plus, I think that if legalization occured, the dealer system would be a shadow of what it is today. Why deal something that you can get, pre-rolled or pre-packaged, down the street. There would most likely be a black market, but there is already that for cigarettes. And also, the law of supply and demand would go into effect for the dealers. They have a limited supply of good stuff, while the government would have an almost limitless supply of their stock. Don't get me wrong, I'm for legalization, but I do see the problems with it.
