-Marijuana is a mind altering drug like alcohol and is dangerous,
but internally it is so safe it can actually be used as medicine.
-The same can NOT be said about alcohol.

- Controll who can buy cannabis by brining it to the stores like alcohol.
-Black market makes under 21 people more able to buy cannabis.

-It is the black market that harms people, not marijuana.
-You can't overdose on Marijuana.

-The prohibition of marijuana is killing people in law enforcement and
drug dealers
-The use is not.

-When you buy pot on the black market you could get a free sample
of heroin.
-When you get pot from the store or your back yard you don't.

-A THC (articifial version of pot) pill from the drug company costs 12,000 a year
-If you don't have health care you could not afford this
-You can grow this in your own back yard, the drug companies want to sell more drugs so we can't grow our own.

-Anything can be psychologically adictive, chocolate, TV etc.
-Marijuana might be as physcially addicting as coffee or tea at most.

Alaska allows 4 ozs of pot in the home for over a year now.
Alaska has not gone into chaos.

I think that the same people who buy marijuana illegally now would be the exact same people (no more or less) who would buy marijuana legally.

I ALSO think that we just need to smoke up everyone of authority who bashes marijuana. That should prove to them that we truly come from the victory-destined side of the argument, not them.

EDIT : Come to think about it, I also think it's stupid to compare it to alcohol. They will either legalize marijuana (like a 10% chance) or make alcohol illegal (that would fucking suck ass).

They won't legalize it because if thay do they couldn't tax the fuck out of it, becuase we'd grow it our selfs.

 

I think if pot starts rapidly becomming legalized they'll either lay off and let it be legalized, or as a last resort through a bunch more propaganda at the media by having people like, running infront of cars screaming how high they are and have them get killed... probaby not that drastic but you catch my drift..

 

Actually it would be that drastic. The gov't is pathetic when it comes to this and many things.

 

i want it legalized, but i wouldnt buy from a store. it will end up like ciggarettes and have lots of chemicals. eventually it will be impossible to get pure weed. so i would grow my own. the anti-drug classes in high school are getting worse and worse with their lies. they told us today that one joint of pure marijuana can kill you. haha i got a good laugh out of that. then everyone stared at me and the teacher said what is so funny and sopme kids said "yea this is a serious problem. do u know how many people die from marijuana?" i decided it would be smarter not to tell everyone the truth because i would probably get in trouble with the school and family, but i could go on for hours about government propaganda and reasons weed should be legalized.
