Legal public beach sex?

Are there any beaches and/or countries where it's legal to have sex on a public nude beach? I know there are lots of places where you can slink off to a private spot and go at it, but I mean out in the open, on the main beach. It's something me and a female friend would love to try, but we don't want to get arrested! We do travel, so really, we're interested in just about anywhere.

 

Not that I know of, but I guess there could be somewhere.

Just go for it, at night it is especially amazing

 

While no doubt that would be amazingly fun too, it is sort of the "in public, in daylight" thing that's turning us on.

Now do you mean a major traffic public beach or somewhat isolated? I have done under a blanket and straddling a guy with my bikini pulled aside while I "rub sunscreen on him" in pretty crowded places. More private beaches are just a matter of picking a spot and going for it

Whales don't do it all the time they do it sometimes, but certainly not when they are beached.

 

We were meaning a public beach, not a private beach, or way off the beaten path. We know it's easy to do if you're being secretive, but we sort of liked the exhibitionist twist.

I doubt it applies to public sexual activity, but unknown to most people in the UK Public Nudity is not technically illegal, in itself. The actual wording is something along the lines that to use nudity to "harass, alarm or distress" others is an offence against the Public Order Act of 1986.

The question here would be whether or not it could be seen as 'using' public nudity (or any sexual activity performed in the process) for the purposes of harassing, alarming or distressing.

In the US here too... unless you're in some ass backwards part of the country, you won't get arrested. Probably just a citation. Like one or two people said, just do it with appropriate measures.
One, if the exhibitionistic side turns you on, then you want to do it someplace not legal.
Two, nothing at all is what is apt to happen. I was caught with an ex girlfriend a few years back going at it on a picnic table shortly after dark, by park rangers. They just told us to leave the park because it was closed.
Don't sweat it, life is too short.

 

I'm sure you can do it on just about any beach in the tropics. Just pick an island/country. There are plenty to choose from.

 

No beaches here in California allow public sex on their premises but my lover and I had a little secret get away to Bora Bora one weekend and we definitely had sex at the beach resort.

We picked both a spot on the sand and in the water to have sex. It was incredible. A handful of people saw throughout the day but weren't bothered by it at all.

 

There's Black Beach here in the San Diego area where nudity is common. Back from the sand is a lot of long grass that butts up to the cliffs. There's looks to be a lot of rustling going on back there. I've also seen a couple gay guys going at it in the surf. I think at BB, it's just "understood" there will be beach sex. It's mostly a gay hangout though.
