    what is lecithin i knows its used in kava brews but what exactly does it do

    lecithin molecules have a polar "head" & 2 or 3 long-chain "tails" --- so the polar end is water soluble, & the fatty-acid chains are lipid (fat) soluble, & thus the molecule acts as an emulsifier... (related to "mono- & di-glycerides")
