leaving tomorrow

finally, finally i'm out of this stupid house... off to college... except i havent packed anything yet. and i only have like a million things to do today anyway.

i still need to buy a minifridge and some random stuff. i still don't have a safe which i really dont like because i wanted to put like my grinder/bubbler/pipe/etc in there.

i'm doing laundry now... this is the second huge load i've done and i still have 1 more to do. i'm almost positive i will never have to do laundry at school because i have an insane amount of clothes. i'm considering getting a trunk... good idea or no?

i dont know how i'm going to pack up all this stuff... clothes alone could take up a shit ton of space, and i have like 2 big plastic bags of stuff from target, a whole load of stuff in my room that i'm bringing... i just dont know how it'll even fit. and i dont know where i'm going to do my packing anyway cause there is literally not any space on the floor of my entire house. except for maybe the kitchen, but my room is all the way up on the 3rd floor. today is going to suck.

i also REALLY want to bring my keyboard cause for the past few weeks i've been playing piano every day and im already not doing any band stuff for temple so it would kill me not to be able to play every day (ipod piano app doesnt count). the room is 15x11 though, double, and my roommate was complaining about the space and said theres no room for anything. but i also think shes exaggerating cause shes been complaining non stop (she moved in earlier and is telling me all this online). i'm really pissed that you cant stack the beds on the desks or anything... that would save so much space. its a decent sized keyboard too, like not full size but pretty close. i just think i would go mental if i couldnt play anything haha.

so for all you college students (whether youre starting this year or graduated in the 80s or whatever) anything i should know specifically about dorm life/moving in... tips for stuff to bring/not to bring that isnt obvious?

1300, i'm in a 4 person suite

 

ive only ever been in the big dorm on broad and cecil b moore and the rooms were pretty small. their was another building i went to one time to get some weed, was a pretty nice size suite but it had single rooms and a living room so i assume thats not where you are lol

 

if i cant bring my keyboard i'm going to cry.

it kinda folds up, like it has a stand that can lie flat, so i guess i could keep it under my bed or something.

anyone know how to make margaritas if you dont have a blender? i have tequila and i wanted to make margaritas for my roommates but my mom wont let me take our magic bullet.
