Leather Jackets

Hey stoners!

Not only are leather jackets really bitchin', they also help you complete your potsmoking adventures unscathed! There's a number of pro's to wearing some skins instead of your snowboarding coat.

1. It's warmer (no wind comes through)
2. They look better
3. Chicks dig you cuz you look older/more mature
4. Smells good (if you like the smell of leather)
5. Weed smoke doesn't stink the jacket out, so basically you wont stink as much.
6. If you have a stinky pipe, you can put it in the pocket and the smell won't come out!
7. They're pretty comfortable
8. If you fall or something random like that, you're better off. (unless you wear airbags)
9. They can be worn by pretty much every single "genre" of person (I.e. from gangsters to hippies to congressmen, it still looks cool. but less on congressmen)
10. They outlast any snowboarding jacket


The last thing is that the best way to get one is used, and that means more $$$ in your pocket. Since they last a long time, your parent's might have one sitting in the closet getting dust.

Ask your parents or go to the local Salvation Army and pick one up. You'll thank yourself.

 

I Have 2 leather jackets....one i got for free and the other really cheap...

i enjoy smoking in them because it makes me look hardcore haha (joking)

 

All the leather jackets I've found were too expensive for me

 

Trust me, it's like an investment. Even if you wore it everyday for 5 years it would still look new, no matter what you do to it. (not counting the other fabrics on the coat, but they take much less damage.)

 

I find my two cotton/polyeaster jackets just about as warm and much more comfortable then my leather one.

I have a makaveli winter coat which is alot better. Has like 3 secret pockets on the seams and there is an inside pocket which is lined with this material so you cant smell your stinky pipe in it.

 

I have a Ripzone winter jacket, it cost me like 150 bucks and it had pockets on the arms, inside, like 4 on the outside, and I still would rather wear this leather jacket, provided it's not snowy out.

Because the snow wont get into my winter coat but maybe my leather jacket

If you want to buy a leather jacket, go to a thrift army store*.
You can find a good 500 dollar coat for 25, plus it's vegiterrean friendly (the proceeds of the coat go to feeding the hungry instead of ranchers)

 

damn well greetings stoneded stoners, so thats not really my thing, like big jackets and all the baggy shit, but still. that anti-smell pocket is pretty sick. ok thats all

 

once i get money, im gonna go to the pawn shop and get one that iv had my eye on for a while. its like an oldschool biker/punk looking one. and its only like 20 bucks

 

Holy shit I just found a leather jacket in my dads closet! I'm gonna ask him if I can have it tomorrow, it fits kinda loose at the belly area though but it looks fuckin cool, pics to come tomorrow...

 

The jacket I have right now works really great, its not leather but if you didnt know you'd bet it was. Its actually made out of polyster and cotton. It fits me very well, both style and comfort wise. I'll tell ya one thing, a quality jacket is a must!

 

i have a seude/leather jacket my dad gave me because it didnt fit him. its great, i wear it everywhere all the time and it REALLY covers up the smell and it wont reek of smoke smell at all. plus it looks cool and is comfortable.

yeah leather jackets kick ass, i seriously feel so bad ass in a leather jacket. I know it may seem kind of poserish but when i put my leather jacket on i have like a whole new swagger to my walk and confidence to the point of cockiness. I dont wear it often but when i do... watch out cause my walk rivals john travoltas in saturday noght fever. I shit you not.

 

This is the jacket I have. It's a reversible AVIREX jacket. It has a total of 6 pockets. It was $60 when I bought it from Eastbay, but right after I bought it, it went on sale for $30. That fuckin sucked. It looks better in person than it does in the pic. The AVIREX symbol is hidden all through the camo, but you can't see it in the pic. It's a nice jacket.
