hi everyone, great forum....anyyyyways, i want lean legs, not muscular legs!! help help.....cos im a bit short, they could go muscly and not leany... any suggestions. merci beaucoup!
Bicycle. But take it easy so you don't increase the muscle size. Just be consistent instead. Short people tend to have short, rounded muscles, and there's not alot you're going to be able to do about that. If you have a genetic predispostion towards certain body shapes, and small stature, you can only go so far with body sculpting, but bicycling is fun once your body gets used to it. I was 31 before I ever got my driver's license! I still get comments from both men and women on how nice my legs are. On the brighter side, shorter people make some of the best bodybuilders for competition. Their symmetry is better than a tall person like myself. x
