What are the laws in your state. As far as days and sitting out in jail vs probation. I've heard some states are 3 for 1 some are differnt. I'm down to my last case, and have another 5 months left of probation. I have people waiting for me to make moves down in Houston, and trying to get everything out of the way so I dont have to worry about felling one more test. Say I had 6 months left, what are you guys thinking I would serve in the cell?
In Nevada, it all depends on the amount you are caught with. Of corse in the USA, FEDARL outweighs State. Even though it may not be a crime in your state, It is STILL against FEDAERAL law to even have a joint worth of weed. It does NOT matter if you have a doctors prescription or not. It also depends on the COP that catches you with it. Small amounts, can be called 'Personal use' But! If you have 12 pounds of marijuana when they stop you, it is automatically a Distribution charge. Which makes it a FED charge. U R Fked!!!!!!
