    A nurse once told me. Laughter distances you from your problems.

    Inappropriate jokes? Depends on the reason why. Why are you laughing at it?

    Well, if a mortician laughs at death, that's healthy. If a serial killer, not so much so.

    In the 1930's comedy films, everyone knew that injuries were staged and their heroes would be back like new the following week.
    In real life, no one likes physical injuries, but watching someones pride getting dented is another matter.
