They said there were mic problems for James Hetfield during the beginning of the song. As it turns out, only the t.v audience couldn't hear him. The video, with audio intact is in the link. James Hetfield’s microphone wasn’t turned on or wasn’t working, and it wasn’t until he walked over to Gaga’s microphone over a minute into their performance that viewers at home could finally hear him. Now, RoLoad–the official Metallica Chapter in Bucharest, Romania–posted the entire performance on Facebook featuring intact audio. When asked how they managed to get the rip, RoLoad explained the web feed didn’t have audio difficulties. It was only the live broadcast on TV that seemed to have a problem. http://kroq.cbslocal.com/2017/02/14/watch-metallica-lady-gagas-grammy-performance-now-with-working-audio/
I don't care, so over Metallica Unless they decide to go back to thrash and put out something like And Justice for all again, I have zero interest Lady Gaga too is such a has been
The think that interests me at all about Gaga is that she performs in a diverse range of genres. It's entertaining to note.
I had to put myself thru that. And this is what I think.. Shes no metal vocalist, to hopped up on Redbull and her timing was off. Less thrashing around like a 12yr olds first time hearing metal music.. :toilet:
I liked the part where they put her back on stage after her staged stage dive. She fell but crouched like it was a move she meant. I also liked when she went behind the drummer and jumped up and down on his shoulder while he was trying to play.
ok, watched it James is one of those guys that looks better with age, think he looks hotter there than he did 30 years ago Kirk needs to dye his hair of cut it or something, just looks like a head of pubes Gagas voice is horrid, what is she trying to do there?
I commented on a NME article about this on Facebook and a whole bunch of butthurt people got pissed at me for calling Metallica a bunch of irrelevant corporate sellouts who are more than two decades past their prime.
