I'm a male in my mid 20's and am fairly hairy. I've had some electrolysis on my shaft and have waxed a couple of times. I'm considering getting laser hair removal on my legs, chest and some of my brazilian area. My only hesitation is getting rejected or negative responses from females. If you were intimate with someone, how would you react if they were mostly bald from the chest down?
Dude, so many of us remove hair now that it’s normal, especially for your age range. I’ll be 54 this summer. I epilate everything off from above me knees to my neck and I love it. Let me say that again - I LOVE IT. If it makes you feel good, it gives you self confidence. That makes you a better lover. Besides, woman do it, and how does that saying go? “What’s good for gander is good for the goose”? Or something like that!!
I fully agree with this babe ...there must still be some hair at those sexual parts of guys to show some masculinity, no jungles or forests of course trimmed nicely short ..girls r different, imho, i think their whole body shd be hair-free n shdn't hv any hairs at all anywhere esp their armpits or pussy to distinguish the difference between the 2 sexes clearly down there....a mistake of nature perhaps ??...but having said that i always believe variety is the spice of life...sometimes u see it sometimes you don't, waxing ok but no IPL for guys which is permanent ...to each his own though...like they say, one man's meat is another man's poison.
So recognizing that as a male, my opinion might not count for much...but here goes... 1) First and foremost YOU do you! It’s your body and you should be comfortable in your own skin. Whatever you do to your body, make sure you’re doing it because it’s what you want, not for what someone else MIGHT want. If they can’t accept you for who you are, then they are shallow and superficial. It’s your body! 2) As a bisexual male with a lot of female platonic friends, I feel pretty confident in saying that most women do find SOME hair attractive. A lot of them do not like super hairy men who do no upkeep at all, and where it looks like a forest down there (although some do). But most (that I know) also don’t like a completely shaved or smooth male as it doesn’t look very “masculine” (which is the thing that most women and LGBT males like about men). There is a happy medium for most of them. 3) At the end of the day, just remember that laser treatment is permanent, so if you decide to do it, make sure it’s only on the parts of your body that you are absolutely positive about never seeing hair again. Otherwise, you might just consider doing the really hair areas, and setting for trimming the rest at your convenience.
