Hi all - I am really confused at this. Ladies I have heard you call the Penis a dick or a cock.

Now I ask you - why do you call the penis a cock? Let’s look at it logically. A cock is short for cockerel ie a rooster. Now how do you get a different name for penis from cock?

And why do you call the penis a dick? Dick is a short version for Richard. I see no way how dick = penis?

Now I wonder why is everyone so in love with using cock and dick? Seriously when a girl says I want to suck your cock or suck your dick - to me this is not a turn on at all. Now if a girl says I want to suck your penis or I want you to put your penis in my vagina = home run in my book. I masturbate my Penis I don’t jerk off my dick or I don’t jack off my cock. Matter of fact when I read erotica and the girl says that, my penis goes flaccid in 2-3 seconds.

So ladies I hope you will answer this burning baffling question and I thank you

When our libidos are in high gear I request that my spouse and I excuse ourselves so that we may retire to a private area where we disrobe, and then engage in cunnilingus and felatio. When we are nearing the height of passion we proceed to fornicate until such time as climax is achieved. And then we rest as I enter the refractory period.

Sorry, that sounds waaaay too clinical. I’d much rather her suck on my cock. I’ll lick her tits and eat her pussy. And then we’ll fuck each other’s brains out until we collapse form orgasmic bliss.

Yep, the second scenario sounds so much better.

Don’t be a dick about it.

Dick and cock have been slang terms for penis for many more years than any of us have been alive. There are other terms - crank - as in "Yank my crank", etc. I don't find the use of dick or cock offensive, and when my wife tells me that she wants to ride my cock or suck my dick or tickle my Willie - well, I get hard and stay hard, because I know what's coming.

Is English your first language, or are you still in the process of learning English slang and idioms?

Or maybe you just have hangups against non-clinical terminology?

Born and raised in the USA English is my only language and I dunno. Just dick and cock just doesn’t sound right to me. I guess I just prefer actual body parts than slang. Even my wife prefers penis instead of dick or cock.

I guess everyone gets turned on by different words and objects. For example I get turned on when I hear a pretty woman says penis.
Also clean toilets and pretty women on toilets make my penis erect practically instantly :wink:

I'm a cock sucker, not a penis sucker.
