labret peircings

Hi, I had my labret pierced just over 2 weeks ago and now ive got really bad sensative teeth just where it is. Could this be because its rubbing? and if so would a rubber bar be better for my teeth than the metal one? Also does anyone know how badly this piercing can affect the teeth? Thank you x 0_0 x

 

Does your jewellery have a flat back? If you don't have proper jewellery that could be the problem.

I'm not sure about why it hurts, I never had that problem, but it can really fuck up your teeth. I have a gap in the middle of my teeth from chewing on the back of mine. So try avoid playing with it with your teeth. It can also push your bottom teeth back. I havn't had to much problem with that tho.
