if your doctor sends you to labcorp to get bloodwork done, can your parents request that they drug screen you too?

i am 19 so they'd need my consent, but my question is, do you think labcorp would even do this? or do they only work with like employers and stuff?

 

If someone's paying for it, they'll do it. But you're 19 so it's your call.

 

if an employer is sending you to get drugtested they are the only ones the information is released to because you probably have signed a paper saying they can have test results if they ask for them.

your parents would need a similar waiver - you gain medical confidentiality at 15 i believe
