Pour 1/2 teaspoon creme de cassis into each Champagne glass. Fill with Champagne and serve immediately.
In a medium-sized bowl combine 1/2 cup vodka, 1/4 cup raw sugar, 1/2 red Thai chile (sliced), 4 peppercorns, 1/2 vanilla bean pod, 1/2 cup fresh raspberies, and refrigerate overnight. Add a couple to each glass of champagne.
