Maybe you guys won't think this is cool as I do, but it really is awesome. It's this annual race in Arcata, and people make these beautiful sculptures, but the sculptures have to be able to traverse pavement, sand dunes, and water and they have to be human powered only, and then they have a race that lasts 3 days. First they go from the town square to the beach and then go over miles of sand dunes, then go across the bay, through some mudflats and then back. It is truly amazing what these people do. That's sweet. They have an annual Art-Car parade here in Houston. It's pretty cool, but this race is definitely better.
