well i had a great weekend except for when me and a bud wanted to go to the park at 11:00 at night and chill and smoke a jay. Well, the people that were there hanging out at the park didn't want to smoke with us (I even asked them nicely not to call the po) so we smoked and did our thing but this wasn't my town I was in so I didn't know that this park was notorious for drug trade. The traffic at the park kinda tripped me out so we decided to leave

Anyways, we go to leave and I'm high as a MF. And we're waiting at a four way stop and the cop goes through and looks me directly in the eyes and he can tell we're high. I follow him because that's the way I was going, but I slowed down really slow so that I wasn't close to him. Well he sped up and made a circle so that he could come around and pull me over I guess. So I speed the F up and take a few sideroads and escaped haha.

Anyways, when we got back to the place we were going, I found out that another friend had left his pipe in my glove compartment. If I had gotten pulled over I would have been searched and gotten in a lot of shit. Besides that we had the weed on us. Anyways, I didn't get busted so I dunno if this is appropriate in this forum, but don't be leaving pipes and shit in people's cars when they don't know it. shit. I coulda got fucked up man.

You wouldnt have been searched. That is as long as you decline all search requests... and no a reason is not necessary.

 

ye i would have; we reeked of marijuana anyways. And everybody gets searched in this town this late at night. It's such a podunk town and the cops are dicks when the sun goes down.

 

even if you decline the search requests they could have just sent out a dog if they thought you had drugs.

I like how you guys say... "you wouldn't have been searched, you can refuse." Where was the pipe? Okay... Now where do you keep your vehicles registration? Most likely the GLOVE BOX! When you go to reach for that, obvioulsy your pipe is going to be seen and then give them a justifiable cause to search the vehicle. Now as for your "rights"... a quick call for a warrant will blow that away, so think again.

 

^fasho. I know my rights but they definately would have had probable cause. we were rollin through town looking like cheech and chong.haha

the day before I got pulled over for not having my vehicle inspected. I had the stuff on me, but I was sure not to give any probable cause. And I didn't get searched either. that's when you can refuse a search, not when you look like a chinaman and smell of herb.
