I have an idea for a solution to alleviate the gas problems and obesity.... ....everyone ride your bikes!!!!! think about it......less pollution, less dependency on oil, and everyone gets into shape.......hmmmmmmm...............
Great idea, I ride my bike all the time. Here's a pic http://s185.photobucket.com/albums/...79876170128.gif It cost about $400 though
unfortunately thats inconvenient for this lazy society. I must admit that I too would hate to ride my bike all the time. ...... I don't even own a damn bike! Plus, I live in the country, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the nearest wal*mart! So, getting around town on a bike for me is pointless... and not going to happen! I do try and carpool though!
who rides bikes anymore?? hehehe..just kidding! no americans want convienence not hassle..and in some alternate universes riding a bike is an extreme hassle. hehehe. what americans want is a magic pill laced with peace...until science comes up with that one, we are just going to have to wade in the waters of war and swim in the sea of obesity. it's sad, but true...
i like to ride my bike but i wouldnt do it to run errands or anything. The people on the road in my town scare the shit out of me. Ive almost been hit by a couple of cars when i have.
i don't have a bike but then again i don't drive either so thats all right. i do take public transportation which is better than single-person-in-a-car pollution. JOn
Yeah, I try and ride my bike to places as often as I can, but everything's across town, so sometimes it's hard.
well maybe if you took the wheel off the bike and threw it like a frisbee you could get two birds. that'd be fun.... throwing a frisbee, not killing birds. JOn
lol those poor birds :bigcry: but uh yea its a good idea lol, I heard something about China doing the very same thing seems to be working for them. :detective <-- lol I couldn't help my self its funny.
i prefer to walk or ride my bike anyways. who wants to pay almost $3.30 a gallon and contribute to global warming at the same time?! i sure don't. way too much money.
aaarrgghh!!! Too many excuses!!!! maybe gas prices will get so outrageous that we wont have a choice BUT to ride our bikes........that would be a blessing in disguise
I live in the centre of a relatively small town so I walk everywhere, I need to walk 5 minutes to my school and I can't remember when I took the bus last time or used car....And, yes, I'm in a pretty good shape )
