Ketanji Brown Jackson and Pornography...

I've, probably like many of you, have heard and read a lot of stuff on recent SCOTUS appointment Ketanji Brown Jackson. She very qualified, and I'm sure that she will make an excellent appointment.

But there's nothing on her stance on pornography and obscenity, especially with regards to free speech. The closest thing that I read, said she's a strong supporter of free speech, especially in regard to freedom of the press.

Stephen Breyer apparently had no problem with consenting adult porn. He was in fact only second to Clarence Thomas (fill in your own jokes).

I'm just curious. Where does Miss Jackson stand on the matter?

 

What's wrong with sending her an email and asking her outright ???

 

Thank you for the reply . But I am certainly not going to ask a young lady a question like that. Were you serious ?

Anyone else have any pertinent information? As I said, the person she's replacing is considered a champion of First Amendment rights. So I couldn't be the only one who wonders .

 

Why not ??? - scared ??? and yes I was and am serious !!! - She has put herself forward for public office and you, as a member of the public are entitled to know where she stands on specific issues - so go ahead and email her !!!
