I live about 8 hours away from Kelowna, Have some friends that visit/live there though. Cool place but a little on the dry side for me.
I have family in penticton which is about 45 mins away from kewlowna. Beautiful out there and hot in the summer! Potentially going out that way to work for the winter at a resort.
Snows from time to time, usually at night and then melts the next day. About half of the days are still warm.
