Anybody do these? i know people who say they're useless...and others who say it's better than Viagra. Your experience?
Yes, men can do them and I thank the originator of this thread for reminding me of these exercises! They are intended to assist with the circulation of blood to the penis as well as help to increase control of your ejaculation by working out the pubococcygeus (yes, I had to spellcheck that one!) muscle. The one book I read that endorsed these exercises suggested that with enough discipline a man could have an orgasm without ejaculating, thus prolonging the sex act and improving your staying power and making your woman very, very happy! I haven't done them in a while (going to start back now) but I do remember that my erections definitely seemed fuller and harder, though I never acheived the non-ejaculatory orgasm. I'd rather do these than take any kind of drug to enhance my sex life. The great thing is that you can do them anywhere, anytime and the benefits will be there next time you need them. You could become the elusive multi-orgasmic male that women want so badly...
Kegals work for sure. A good way tthat i worked my kegal muscles out really really well was trying to hold in my ejaculation while masturbating. Masturbate and stop when you're almost about to ejaculate and flex your PB muscles, then do it and stop later and later until you can fully hold back an ejaculation
