I've used a keeper for well over a year and I love it! A lot of people are grossed out by it, but it is super comfortable, and you only have to empty it every 12 hours, so its convenient. The first month I used it I could feel it, but after a while, I got used to it, and I can't even tell its in there. It is such a money saver too- not to mention how much landfill waste it cuts out. Just make sure you get the right size for before or after birth. I couldn't get your link to come up, but go to http://www.thekeeper.com/- get one- you won't regret it!

I've used mine for about a year now, at least, and although I keep a couple Natracare tampons for those months when I can't count, or stress brings the cycle on quicker, I have VERY few complaints.

I suggest wetting the rim before insertion.

Why is sticking the cup there any weirder than sticking a tampon there?

Using the expression "Chicken area" for vagina makes me think it's still a taboo. Please tell me if it is in the USA. I really want to know :). Do you talk about it?
In Belgium (where I come from) we can speak openly (is it said that way?) about sex and the human body. Tell me tell me tell me... :)

I've NEVER heard "chicken area," in the States, in Mexico or in the UK... personal pet name of your family maybe?

would that make your sig O a chicken f*&ker?

I've read up on the whole thing and I'm really interested, but see I live with two men(dad and brother), and they're odd and very much so prudes, and they're just odd. lol. So how do they send it? Does the package say "the keeper'' or whatever on it? this sounds like a dumb question but my family seems to be awkward with this area(aside from my mother who i don't live with..) and i don't feel like risking the embarrassment (I know i shouldn't be embarrassed but if you were in my sitch you might too.) just wondering.

I have no idea what the packaging says, MoonJava, but I'm sure your father and brothers know that you menstruate. If they ask, just say it's a "feminine product"..chances are they won't ask you to elaborate.

I'm not 100% positive because I've had mine for a long time, but I believe that it came rather discreetly. I think it came in a padded envelope.

All three of mine (Had a rubber-eating cat once) came in a package so that you'd never know what it was if you didn't know what a Keeper was.

I think I ordered from two different places too. Damned cat.
