The way I have made it is to take about 3 cups of kava, 5 cups of pineapple, with a couple of tablespoons of soy lecithin dissolved in hot water. I blend in the vita mix till it is hot, not boiling and I let this set all night with a occasional whip on the blender. The next day I pour into cloth bag and massage out the juice. Does this method seem good or is there a better way. I kind of mix things I read in different methods.
I hear tis stuff work well for anxiety. Do you now of a place to get it for a good price? I know the have it at health food stores and stuff but its expensve there
My method is to add a heaping tablespoon (it's the only drug I'm don't bother weighing) to a glass of milk and Kahlua. Though I rarely use it because it's effects are minimal until you take enough to get an upset stomach.
There is a couple of places I buy but one of my favorites is Kona Kava. I have never done enough to get sick but I like the mellow buzz it adds. I am going to try your method.
