Just a friendly FYI. I got some 5x Kanna extract and did about 500mg of it about two weeks ago, all at one time (mixed with tea). Bad idea. Very bad idea. Had a wretched sleepless night, and woke up with a slight ringing in my ears that hasn't gone away yet. There is a slight anti-depressant aspect to Kanna, but the best thing about it is the fact that it suppresses the appetite really well. I've also noticed that going for walks or doing yard work is a better experience when I've done a little Kanna. But if you're looking for a high, I would look elsewhere.
